Frequently asked questions
How long does a request take?
Most requests have an average 4-business-day turnaround. Simpler requests may be completed sooner, while more complex projects like explainers or 3D animation may take longer. Larger projects are delivered in stages, so you can review progress along the way.
How do we get started?
Once your membership is active, you can start requesting videos right away. We adapt to your existing workflow and can communicate through email, Microsoft Teams, Slack, or whatever tool your team already uses. No new platform or complicated onboarding required.
Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?
No. There’s no limit to the number of video requests you can add to your queue. We work on one request at a time and deliver them one by one. Long-form videos are handled in stages, so you can review the progress and provide feedback throughout the process.
How does cancellation work?
You can cancel your membership at any time, with no questions asked. If you cancel during your first month, you’re eligible for a 75% refund of your membership fee. After the first month, you can still cancel at any time, but refunds are no longer available.
How do you handle larger requests?
Larger projects, such as 3D videos or complex animations, are delivered in stages so you can review progress along the way. These projects don’t affect the delivery of smaller requests—we prioritize quick, simpler projects first to keep work moving and maintain our average delivery time.
What programs do you design in?
We primarily work in After Effects and Premiere Pro for motion graphics, animation, and video editing. For 3D work, we use Cinema 4D with Redshift. For creating and managing UI assets, we mainly use Figma. We can also work with other tools when a project requires them, and deliver the final files in whatever format you need.
What if I don't like the animation?
No worries. We'll keep revising until you're 100% satisfied.
Are there any requests you don't support?
We focus exclusively on motion design and animation. We don’t offer live-action filming, long-form video editing, 3D branding or graphic design, web design or development, or full app development. Our deliverables are primarily videos, although we can provide image sequences when needed.
What if I only have a single request?
That’s completely fine. Subscribe for a month, get your request completed, and cancel whenever the work is finished and you’re satisfied. You can always come back and resubscribe whenever you need us again.
Are there any refunds?
Yes. If you cancel during the first week of your first month, you’re eligible for a 75% refund of your membership fee. If you’ve used the membership for two weeks or more, refunds are no longer available. Once a request has started, that individual request is also non-refundable.
